We’re a family-run sweetery based in Liverpool. She’s a sassy Scouser. He’s a chilled South African. Together, we’re blending two cultures into one joyful, chewy, cheeky little treat — the ScouseMallow.
It all started in our kitchen, making mallows for our kids (our “mini Scouse Africans”) — and turned into something bigger than we imagined. Every mallow we make is a little bite of our story: from Rooibos-infused Strawberry Swirls to zesty Lemon Leng, boozy Rum & Maple rebels to candyfloss stripy queens.
We don’t do boring.
We don’t do beige.
And we definitely don’t do bland.
Just handmade, small-batch marshmallows packed into clear gift cans, with flavours that make you smile and stories that make you want to try every single one.
