Frequently asked questions

❓What are ScouseMallows?

ScouseMallows are marshmallows… but better. Handmade in Liverpool by a Scouser–South African duo, they’re bold in flavour, soft in texture, and packed in cheeky little gift cans. No beige mallows here — just fluff with flair.

❓How long do they last?

Our ScouseMallows, every batch is handmade fresh in our little Liverpool kitchen — never mass-produced, never factory-made, and definitely not the long-life stuff you find on supermarket shelves.

Because our mallows are made in small batches with real ingredients and no unnecessary preservatives, they naturally carry a shorter best-before date of around one month. This is completely normal for artisan marshmallows and simply means you’re getting a fresh product made just for you.

They’re best enjoyed as fresh as possible, but still perfectly safe to eat beyond the best-before date — it’s a quality guideline, not an expiry.

If you ever have questions about dates or storage, just drop us a message — we’re happy to help!

Store them in a cool, dry place — no fridge needed. Just keep the can sealed when not in use, and they'll stay fluffy and fabulous.

❓Do you offer custom or personalised mallows?

We do! From personalised flavours to printed wafers and toppers, we can make marshmallows that match your event, brand or big idea. Drop us a message on our Contact page and let’s make some magic.

❓Do you attend events or pop-ups?

Yes! We love a good knees-up. Whether it’s a wedding, baby shower, birthday or market — we can bring the sweetery to you. Want us there? Get in touch and let’s chat!

❓Are your marshmallows vegetarian or vegan?

Not yet — our current mallows contain gelatine. But we’re working on a veggie-friendly version behind the scenes. Keep an eye on our socials for updates!
